1. Account & Credits
- You must register and maintain an accurate account on our platform.
- All purchased credits are non-refundable.
2. Payments
All payments must be in cleared funds, no deductions (such as taxes or fees) may be made by you; if applicable, you must top up to cover them.
3. Creating an Order
You initiate an order via our platform, detailing required service levels and submitting any necessary materials.
You’re responsible for providing clear, comprehensive source files or documents.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before any work begins.
- If a service provider (like a translator or developer) has already started, credits cannot be refunded.
5. Delivery & Approval
We estimate delivery times but cannot guarantee specific dates. Once completed, we notify you via email.
You have 120 hours (5 days) to review and approve or reject.
If no action is taken, the order is deemed approved, and the provider is paid.
6. Rejections & Quality Control
If you reject within 120 hours due to substandard quality—not meeting your specified service level—we’ll audit your request within 1 business day.
When your claim is valid, we’ll either correct the work or cancel the order with a refund.
Our liability is limited to correcting errors or issuing a refund.
7. Malaysian Consumer Protection Rights
Under Section 17 of CPA 1999, you may cancel future service contracts and are entitled to a refund of any unused portion, minus a maximum 5% cancellation fee or any portion already utilized
Any overpayments must be refunded within 14 days
